These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Website and participation in raffle services. By accessing or using the Website, including logging in via third-party platforms, making payments, or participating in a raffle, you agree to be bound by these Terms. 1. Eligibility

To participate in raffles, you must:

In compliance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), we do not permit anyone under 13 to use the Website or provide personal information. We reserve the right to disqualify any participant who does not meet these eligibility requirements.

2. Raffle Rules

  • Prizes: Prizes are determined by the non-profit conducting the raffle and described on the raffle’s page. Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes or fees.
  • Winner Selection: Winners are selected randomly in accordance with Maine raffle laws and Maine Gambling Control Unit regulations. Selection methods and odds of winning, which depend on the number of tickets sold, will be detailed on the raffle’s page.
  • Notification: Winner notification processes and timelines are set by the non-profit conducting the raffle and will be specified on the raffle’s page.
  • Compliance: All raffles comply with Maine raffle laws and Maine Gambling Control Unit requirements. Additional rules specific to each raffle, as determined by the non-profit, will be posted on the raffle’s page.
  • Marketing Consent: By participating in a raffle, you consent to receive marketing and promotional communications, such as emails or notifications about future raffles, non-profit campaigns, or offers. You can opt out at any time (see Section 12).

3. Your Account

  • You may create an account directly or log in using third-party platforms like Google. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

  • You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize us to charge the specified amounts through your chosen processor.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website, including text, images, logos, and software, is owned by or licensed to TechResolv LLC. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use this content without our prior written consent.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Attempt to manipulate raffle outcomes or bypass age/location verification.
  • Interfere with the Website’s functionality (e.g., hacking, introducing viruses).

  • Non-Profit Partners: We provide a platform for non-profits to sell raffle tickets. Certain data may be shared with the non-profit conducting the raffle to fulfill raffle obligations, subject to Maine laws and Maine Gambling Control Unit regulations.
  • AgeChecker.Net: We use AgeChecker.Net to verify age and location. Their services are subject to their own terms and privacy policy (https://agechecker.net/privacy), which you agree to comply with when participating in raffles.

  • Payment Processors: We use Stripe, Square, PayPal, and other processors to handle payments. Their services are governed by their respective terms and policies.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Website at our discretion, including for violations of these Terms, suspected fraud, or non-compliance with raffle eligibility requirements.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
